All the custom holiday entries (created in Malaysia timezone)looks correct when import into and view in the notes calendar with local timezone (Malaysia timezone), but when open to view in Switzerland timezone, some of the holiday entries are missing and some are unable to overide therefore getting 2 times repeated.

It sounds like you’re using the standard notes Holiday and people are importanting into their calendar, Correct?
It is odd how the StartDate and EndDate do seem to have the timezone assoicated with them. I’m looking at ours and they are all set to Eastern North America. I’m going to set my timezone to somewhere is Asia and see what I see.
Also I don’t understand what you mean when you say, “unable to overide” (but I don’t have the ability to set-up the Holidays, so maybe that’s an option).

The holiday imported was a custom holiday which created in Malaysia timezone and will be apply to all user within the domain.“unable to overide” means after re-import the same holidays for second time, it will appears two same entry within the same date(the previous imported entry and the new imported entry) instead of updates the current one. This only happen when the calendar was viewed in Switzerland timezone but all entries were correct when view in local timezone (Malaysia timezone).

I would have expected the Holiday’s to slide when you looked at them on a calendar since
Midnight to Midnight in Malaysia is 6 hours earlier in Switzerland. (I.e. 6pm to 6pm).
Therefore if someone entered a Holiday with only the range of 6am to 6pm say. Then on the Swiss person’s calendar the entry would look like Midnight to Noon. It would still seem that should show on a persons calendar, so I’m not sure why the Hoiliday’s are disappearing.

Since all our Holiday’s seem to be entered in EST, I changed my Timezone (see below) and restarted my notes. In my case the Holiday’s still appeared to be OK. Sorry.
