Missing Attachement

I have in my signature file (html) logo which is a gif file. When I send an email with the logo to someone from outside my company and if the person replies with an attachement, I don’t see the attachemnt. In the document properties I do see "------_=_NextPart_000_01C40616.5640F190

Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary

Content-Type: application/octet-stream;

name=“Mac Setup and Troubleshooting.pdf”

Content-Disposition: attachment;

filename=“filename.xxx”

This doesn’t happen when I remove the logo from the signature.

Has anyone experienced similar problem? Any solution?

Subject: Missing Attachement

Hello,

My mail closing as an emedded image via HTML as well, I was able to resolve the issue by changing the “Format for messages addressed to internet addresses:” to MIME in my client location document. Give it a try. Hope this helps.
