Missing Alarm in preferences

Hello,I have some users who have missing their Alarm preference.

Do you know why ? It’s not a screen resolution problem, not ID problem.

hi I think you are talking about mailbox preferences?

There is a hide when - formula:

REM { do not allow anyone but CalendarOwner to change Alarm };

( @LowerCase(Owner) != @LowerCase(@UserName) )

so the user is not owner of the mail file.

I am not sure where to change.

(I would try it in Adminstration Tab in the person document in the Domino Directory).
