MIME to CD Conversion error

I have a file that gets emailed to a mail in db. the agent has been working for years. It just detaches a file to a network directory. it’s just not detaching the file. Any thoughts?

If I send the file internally from notes it’s no problem.

We recently upgraded the server for 703 and am now receiving this message in the log:

Subject: MIME to CD Conversion error

Just converted from Domino 7.0.2 to 7.0.2 and had same problem: b4 mail delivery agents not working any more.As someone suggested on another thread, looked in the mail-in DB document and found a new field “internet message storage”, by default set to “no preference”.

If I set it to “prefers MIME”, evidently the agent does not find the rich text available and crashes.

If I set it to “prefers rich text”, the agent works fine.
