Hi All,
I try to send an email with an hotspot button with Lotus Notes. The problem is that when clicking on “send” to send the email", I have the following error message:
“The following item cannot be sent or saved in MIME (internet mail) format : Button”
If I continue sending the mail, it is sent but the receiver receives the mail without the button.
I have tried to change MIME format to Rich Text format, but I have an error message “The mail configuration requires MIME format”.
Do you have any ideas?
Additional information: my accounts are POP/SMTP accounts using gmail addresses (no Domino server).
