Hi,

My Domain: TEC-CONSULTING

A created a multi-porpuse called Projects with internet address projects@tec-consulting.com

Between my internal network, it works fine. The problem is when I send external email with copy to projects. The external user receives the email but when tries to reply-all the projects group appears like Projects.TEC-CONSULTING@tec-consulting.com

So the external user can’t reply because the email Projects.TEC-CONSULTING@tec-consulting.com does not exist.

How can I do, the Projects groups appears to external user like projects@tec-consulting.com ?

Is possible?

Are you sure this happnes only with this address?

Check the global domain and domain documents, in the conversion tabs. Maybe you are converting the mail in a wrong way.

Also, if there is a single user sending this emails, check the location. Maybe there is something wrong the internet address field.
