Our technology department has someone from the company that has an issue with their calendar and emails showing 24 hour military time. He has no idea what he did to change it and we can’t figure out how to change it back.
Any one have any ideas?
Subject: Operating System Settings?
Check their Operating System Settings to see if it’s set for 24 hour format - What ‘time’ is shown on the Windows taskbar?
Subject: Preferences
If this is iNotes - try ‘Preferences → International → Time Format’
If the Client - check to see if ‘ClockType=24_HOUR’ is in their Notes.ini
Subject: Not it
It’s the Client and there is nothing in their Notes.ini file. That was the first thing I checked.
Subject: Can’t change
Their privileges do not allow them to change it so nope that isn’t it either. This is driving me nuts. I’m about to dump his notes.ini to see if that will help the situation.
