Migration from Notes to Exchange

I have a project to convert Domino 8.5.1 environment to Exchange 2007. There are two mail servers in a clustered environment and an SMTP and a sametime server.

This has to be seamlessly migrated over to Exchange. Could you please let me know the relevant steps to have this achieved successfully.
