We have found that there is an issue deleting attachments when users have been moved from exchange. If you open the (migrated) mail, the attachment is not in the mail body but below a line (like an additional notes item). The delete option is grayed out. You will find the same in person docs when user IDs have been attached during registration.
Is there any possibility to delete these attachments or should we write an action/agent to do so?
