Whenever users are migrated from Active Directory, passwords are never imported. What should I be doing to make sure that existing AD users importing to the Domino Directory maintain it’s password?

This is from the Notes 6.0 Admin Help:
“The Active Directory Domino Upgrade Service does not import passwords from an Active Directory into a Notes Person document. By default, the “Generate random passwords for users with no passwords” migration option is selected to create passwords for Active Directory person entries. If you deselect this option, you must supply each user with a password.”
It would be simpler for the users, but I wouldn’t want it to migrate because that would be a security violation. Not only does the password show in clear text from the Registration dialog, but you also have all the migrated users and passwords in the local NT/Migrating Users’ Passwords file (NTSync45.nsf).
I tried going into the field mappings as well to see if there is a password field. There is a UserPassword in AD, but I can’t find one on the Lotus side.
