We are getting ready to upgrade to the R6.5.1 environment and what I would ideally like to do is start all of my employee’s off with a new email database. There are several reasons that we want to do this - 1. a lot of our database originated as R4.63 databases and have gone through several upgrades. 2. we have many rather large email database and I really don’t want to have to upgrade them. and 3. I want to implement quotas on mail database, but since all of them are larger than the quota that I want to set it will just be easier. If I am wrong please let me know.
Unfortunately doing this will cause great havoc with our calendar and scheduling. We live and die by our calendar and scheduling so I would like to somehow be able to migrate over calendar entries to this new database. We ave tried copying and paste to a new databas this this causes a slew of other issues.
Does anyone have any idea how I can go about doing this? I have been searching here for a while but not finding anything that is helpful.
