Migrating from R5.11(Win-NT) to R6(Win2K)

I want to move the Domino server(R5.11) from Win-NT server to new Win-2000 server with new version of Domino(R6). For that one, I want to install R6 on the new machine with the same domino server name as old domino server and migrate all the data from the old server to new server. Can anyone give me the detailed procedure for doing this. What are the major steps I need to take care of?

Subject: Do a File System copy of the entire Notes executable and data directories to the new box.

Edit the Notes.ini file if you have changed Disk drives or paths. Change the IP address of the new box to be the same as the old. Then just install R6 over the top into the same location.
