Migrating Certifier to CA process

I am trying to migrate one of our certifiers to the CA process. I choose the server that I want to run the process, change the encryption to use the server ID and add my CA’s and RA’s. When I click on OK, it keeps telling me ‘Server Error: File does not exist.’ What file is it talking about?

Try to make upgrade from fresh admin client.I had this problem too and solve usiing another admin client.

chech also the presence of correct template for the icl database.

FYI: I had the same problem, but when I used a different Admin client, it worked fine. Not sure why. But don’t overlook this solution if you have this same problem.
