"Migrate" Domino server R5 to R6

Dear all, There is a production domino server R5 in the domain “A” (Server1).

I need to create a new domain “B” and a new domino server R6.5.5 in domain “B” (Server2).

I want to move all the databases of Server1 to Server2. When Server2 will be in production, Server1 will be out of service. Also I need all the users to have access to the new server.

What procedure I have to follow (ex cross-certify? directory assistance?)? What are the “critical” points I have to check? What info I have to collect from Server1? (agents, security, documents, NSFs…)
