Everytime this particular user moves a message from his Inbox or Folder to a another folder, it moves it back to the inbox or original folder it was in. Any ideas?
We are using the latest Domino server platform 6.5.4.

We’ve seen a similar issue where the user attempts to move a file from the inbox to a folder, and it doesn’t get removed from the inbox. Sometimes it seems to strike only one message.
Running Fixup on that mailfiles, and then Cltr + Shift + F9 to rebuild the mailfile’s views fixes the problem.
