I have a problem where messages that a roaming user gets are deleted after he moves them to a folder. I have even sent test messages to him over the past few days to verify he got the messages and filed them in a folder. They disappear. I have checked the view all/view unread settings to no avail.
I have replaced his database design to no avail.
Would someone be kind enough to assist?
