I have a system in which exchange server send message to domino server.this message is queued in a mail-in database.
The problem is although the message is delivered to domino server but the user in exchange server gets the message that the message was undelivered.
what can be the problem?

Could it be that your Domino server does not support delivery confirmation. Doesn’t the return message tell you that. (remote host does not support delivery confirmation or something like that).
Check the configuration document - Router/SMTP tab - Advanced - commands and extensions - DSN extension should be enabled to support delivery status notifications.
