Dears,
we experience a problem using DB Analysis in order to find messages received from external domain. In fact if I try to search the message using Message ID reported in the “Message Tracking” tool, I don’t find anything. What I know is that external email using a different ID and vaugly I know that probably it is possible to develop something in order to find an alghoritm that convert EXT Message ID in Domino Message ID.
Any suggestion?

Message tracking references mtstore.nsf. If the message has recently arrived, it will probably not be seen in a search because the full-text index on mtstore.nsf has not been updated. Also, when you search for the external domain, are you searching for specific_user@acme.com or just acme.com? Message tracking will not return results if you are searching for acme.com or @acme.com. If I don’t know the sender’s exact address, I open mtstore.nsf from the Domino Administrator client, and search for the domain name directly.
I am able to search for emails using the external sender’s Message ID within Message Tracking.
