Message tracking has not working since we upgraded to 8.5.1 ( from 7.0.2 ).
The MTC task is up and running. Am i missing anything else?

Is the mtstore.nsf okay?
Is it collecting stuff?

Verify that you have MT configured correctly on your server.
On the server console execute “show server” and verify the following:
Mail Tracking: Enabled
Troubleshooting, verify:
mtdata directory exists on the server
.MTC files are created in the mtdata directory on the server and include message tracking data from the router
“Domino MailTracker Store” (mtdata\mtstore.nsf) has been created on the server and tracking data exists in the database
Have you tried:
Mail Tracking through the Administration client UI
Mail Tracking through the end-user mail file
Subject: Report
I might be confusing things here. It is the reporting that is not working. Tracking works ok, however when i run a report for email i get no results.
