Message Tracking not working

Message tracking has not working since we upgraded to 8.5.1 ( from 7.0.2 ).

The MTC task is up and running. Am i missing anything else?

Is it collecting stuff?

Verify that you have MT configured correctly on your server.

On the server console execute “show server” and verify the following:

Mail Tracking: Enabled

Troubleshooting, verify:

  • mtdata directory exists on the server

  • .MTC files are created in the mtdata directory on the server and include message tracking data from the router

  • “Domino MailTracker Store” (mtdata\mtstore.nsf) has been created on the server and tracking data exists in the database

Have you tried:

  • Mail Tracking through the Administration client UI

  • Mail Tracking through the end-user mail file

Subject: Report

I might be confusing things here. It is the reporting that is not working. Tracking works ok, however when i run a report for email i get no results.
