Message probably in a forwarding loop

Hi

Last week i’ve deleted a user in domino directory. the user is successfully deleted. no mailbox, no userdocument and the user isn’t member of a group.

but:

if a mail is sent to the user from external or internal to his internet adress abc@abc.com. i receive an error on the server:

Maximum forwarding loop count exeeded. Message probably in a forwarding loop.

I cannot find the user in the domino directory

any ideas?

Subject: May be a caching problem

perform console command "dbcache flush"and/or load updall -R names.nsf

and/or tell router quit followed by load router
