I have a user who was recently upgraded from R5 to R6.5.1. Now, when they receive subscription emails, the (HTML) formatting appears simply as boxes. Not only do new messages appear this way, but also subscriptions which were readable in the past, now appear as boxes.
I’ve tried the three incoming format choices, with no change.
As a test, I reverted the user’s mail template back to R5, with no change.
Since this now does not seem to be with the delivery format (since older documents have obviously already arrived) where else might this setting be that I’m missing?
