We currently have 4x resource reservations databases - and would like to merge them all into one.What I am planning on doing is:

copy all the sites, rooms/resources and reservations across into the new ‘single’ database,

Modifying the corresponding mail-in database documents to point to the rooms/resources in their new database location,

Recreate the busytime.nsf
Should this do the trick? I don’t want to cancel and recreate the rooms, because then all their reservations will be deleted.
Another issue I am unsure of - is the fact that the existing databases are different versions - 3 of them are based on R4.6, and one of them is R5. The new database is R6.51.
Any help or insight on this will be greatly appreciated! This is all happening next weekend and right now I am just hoping for the best!
