How to merge data from Calendars of different users into a single DB? I need to see all the meeting entries in one View. I need to create a report out of this.
Note: I have tried overlaying the calendars of other people using the “Add Calendar” option. But it is useful only for viewing it. But I am not able to process the data from there.
any help will be appreciated.

checking the “View this calendar when offline” in the Add Calendar dialog box?

Subject: Use the offline option
When using the “Notes application calendar” option, and checking the “View this calendar when offline or on a mobile device” check box, the entries will be saved in your mail file for offline usage. You probably can go from there.
