Merge of two Mailboxes/Calendars?

Hello

what’s best practice of merging two Domino Users into one using one mailbox instead of two?

Can I just delete one, add its “User Name” to the new one and copy all documents (mails and calendar entries) to the new mailboxfile?

Did anyone try this lately?

Subject: Some thoughts

You can certainly delete the one user and add their email address to the other users person doc. You can also copy the mail from one mail file to the other but there are some things to consider.1. Encrypted documents will not be accessible with the other ID

  1. Calendar entries are not easily copied from one mail file to another. I do think there are some utilities that may be able to copy calendar docs but I have not used those utilities
