Is there a way to merge mail databases.
I have a restored mailbox that I have to merge with an existing mailbox. But the folderstructure is so complex (more than 300 folders), that I’m looking for a tool or script to merge the mail databases.
So copy/paste is not really a solution.

Subject: how about replication?
Since you restored the db, it has the same DB ID.Just set the replication settings to only replicate since a particular date and replicate them.

I believe that our colleague has the following in mind: the user has a large number of folders. They have renamed many of these folders, and may have changed how these folders are nested as well. While the two databases can be replicated, the result will be to get some folders with the old name sitting beside the folders with the new names.
