Hi!!You can configure domino 8.5 only take “x” MB RAM System?. I have a server with Domino 8.5 and SQL 2005 and are fighting each other for memory. SQL as I set up, however, and Domino?

The information is old but probably still accurate.

You can also set the SQL Server memory resources which I think you already know. Keep in mind that Windows will use up to 2GB of memory also. You can change the max memory for Windows in the boot.ini settings I believe.

I have configured the SQL for this. The server has 12GB of RAM, but I am consuming the Domino therefore requesting the information.

Subject: Hm, to my bet knowledge, domino will not go beyond 2 or 3 GByte on Win 32

not sure if this is your environment, but I would guess you are save without any changes.

I have installed Domino 8.5 on Windows 2003 x64. I just restart the Domino because I was getting 8GB of RAM

Subject: o.k. - did not know this. Personally would have prefered 2 machines over the 12 GByte 64 Bit one.
