Memory allocation request exceed 65,000 bytes when opening Registration Documents

i am having problems opening existing Registration settings documents on our Domino server and creating new registration settings documents. When attempting either, an error pops up stating ‘Memory allocation request exceed 65,000 bytes’. the docs never open. All other policy documents open fine (archiving, desktop settings…etc). I’ve run fixup, Updall -R, compact -c. Nothing seems to fix it. Our address book is replicated across many servers and it is happening on all servers. I can make a local copy of the Address book to my local PC and I can open the Registration settings fine, but if I copy it back up to the server, the memory error occurs again. It started a few weeks ago and we were running Domino 8.0.1. We just upgraded to 8.0.2 FP1 and its still a problem. Does anyone have any idea how to correct this? I haven’t gotten too far with IBM support on this as they have said they’ve never seen this before…

Thanks…
