When a user looks at a new message and escapes out of the message, the message has disappeared from the Inbox View. How can we stop this happening.
Subject: Memo when read disappears from InBox View
Does the user have View Read as one of their view actions. If so, click it so it says View All to toggle the read/unread setting.
