My client said that when she views her boss’ calander viaher lotus notes, not all of the meetings are showing up. but
if she goes to his pc and views his calander they are
there. Anyone know what the issue is? Thanks in advance.

Dont just switch ids from the file menu. Try creating the location document for your boss’s id on your notes client with the connection document as well.
