Meetings diappearing in $Calendar-View

Hi guys out there,

we have a 6.5 Dominoserver and 6.5 and 6.51 notes clients (german ) and we use the iNotes6 template for our mailfiles.

Now we have a problem according meetings , sometimes the meetings disappear in the ($Calendar) view. But the documents still appear in the meetings-view.

After saving those “disappearing” document they reappear in the ($calendar)-view.

We tried “updall -r” , replace design, use other template mail6.ntf , etc. and nothing helps.

In the designer when i use the designer-preview there are all document appearing ( no calendar-preview !!! ).

This seems to be a big bug.

Has anyone out there any suggestions for us ?

Is this a bug or a undocumented “feature” and how can i handle this ???

Did you ever find a resolution for this? One of our users is experiencing this same problem and I have tried all the things that you tried. They are missing exactly one month of entries November 5 - December 4. I have seen this in the past and within a couple of days the entries suddenly re-appear but most people can’t wait a couple of days for their meeting to re-appear. Any suggestions would be appreciated.Anne
