Does anyone know if it is possible to set a meeting invitations for durations exceeding 24 hours?

Are you talking about durations that overlap midnight or a true ‘meeting’ that lasts more than 24 hours? Since most humans and especially HR dept’s would protest to such an event and since time only, not date is the scheduling component in a ‘meeting’ appoinment you cannot. There is an ‘all day event’ appoinment type that can span several days.

Are you truly trying to schedule 24 hour meetings? I’d quit on the spot.

I definitely would not be one for participating in 24 hour meetings. What we were trying to do was to schedule when someone might be away for a two or three day meeting, instead of having to enter seperate day meetins for each day they are gone, they could enter it once.

Yeah, but I can’t invite multiple people to an all day event :frowning:

Sigh - I suppose we will be talking about this for another four years, or until we move to Exchange and I get to whine about even more missing features :frowning:
