Meeting scehduled with Outlook users error

My customer uses outlook. They tell me that all my meeting invites error and do not create a calender update. They worked before I upgraded. I don’t have any more details

Problem Users of Microsoft® Outlook™ Exchange try to book rooms directly into a Lotus Domino® Rooms & Reservations (R&R) database. They can book the room and the R&R database sends an auto-response confirmation but in Outlook there is no way to update their calendars. The auto-response is not being recognized as an update and is not processing.
