We are about to roll out the use of the calendar for meeting scheduling company wide and there’s a question from the PA’s
A meeting is scheduled and accepted by the invitees the meeting owner then becomes unavailable but still wants the meeting to proceed without him. Is it possible to remove the entry from the meeting owners calendar without it also cancelling the meeting for all the other invitees and rooms.

No - if the owner removes the meeting, it sends cancellation notices

A similar request that we do have logged is to have the Chair delegate Ownership to another person - that may cover this situation.

Have you asked for it through official channels? By posting an enhancement request through support channels? I don’t see one in our system for this functionality, so the likely answer is 'not planned at this time"
