The problem started after we upgraded to Domino 7.0.2. The issue is so far is only affecting people who have Blackberries and have associates in their local address book. We have a Global Domain document, in the config document for all servers we have router looking up all internet addresses, and every person has a valid internet address on their person document. Here is the scenario:John Smith invites 3 people to a meeting, one of the attendees is in his local address book for his Blackberry so the invitee list is: Chris Smith/Work, Bob Smith/Work, and Wendy.Smith@work.com. Chris and Bob see the invite from John Smith/Work and they accept the meeting without any errors. However Wendy Smith/Work sees the invite from john.smith@work.com, but when she accepts or declines the router changing the address to john_smith%work@work.com and the router send a delivery failure back to Wendy saying “550 John_Smith/Work%Work@work.com… No such user”. Anybody else have this issue since upgrading?

HiHave seen this happen in the following cases:

Contacts View in the Mail box - does a Contact record exist for the mail file owner/contact experiencing the issue. if so, does it have an email address or is it blank. If an email address exist is it correct - in the proper format.

Does the Personal Address have a Contact record for the person. Is the email address field empty or in the wrong format.
Note: It does not matter if the Location Document has the internet address correctly specified for the user [which is one of the requirements besides the Global Domain document].
