Meeting invitation disappear

Hi AllI have a strange situation.

Environment: Domino 6.0.3 on Windows 2000 Srv.

I have a user that doesn’t receive email related to Meetings (invitations, reschedules, cancels, etc.)

On the server log I can see the “message delivered” message, but nothing appear on the user’s mailbox.

Any idea?

Have you checked the user’s mail rules to see if they have anything in place which would delete the invitation?

Have you checked the user’s all documents view to see if the invation is present but not displayed in the user’s Inbox?

No rules are in place and the “All documents” view was checked.The messages simply disappears.

Any idea?

Try checking the AutoProcess section of their mail preferences. It may be that the meetings are automatically accepted or declined based on free time.

Autoprocess is disabled (not enabled)

I found it…

Under Action-Tools-Preferences in the Calendar & To Do folder, Display.

The option “Types of Meeting notices to be shown in your Inbox” was “None”.

I set the option in “All” and now is ok
