Meeting end time not following system date set-up

I create a new meeting then specify a new date for the Start (e.g. 2008/12/05). The end date is changed to 2012/05/08. If I try to make the meeting on Dec 25th, I get a pop-up box saying “Overflow”. If I edit the end date, things seem to work fine. (My date preference in Systems Preferences is set to yyyy-mm-dd)

Hi David,

We need a little more information to clear up what is going on. Can you provide us with the following information:

  1. When you started Notes, were your System Preferences set to yyyy/mm/dd or did you change that setting after starting Notes?

  2. In your Notes Preferences - Regional Settings, what is your Regional Profile set to?

  3. In your System Preferences - what are your Regional settings set to?
