We have recently upgrade out domino server from 5.0.11 → 6.0.1. The problem we are having is the server will not allow more than one user session to be established. If we stop the server and restart it, it will allow more than one user session. Then after a few minutes it starts dropping user sessions until ther is one one. WE run NetStat and it shows a huge number of users in a queque waiting to be allowed to establish a session.
We have tried to set the MAXUSERS setting in the notes.ini to 0 and to 2000. We have looked at all the timeout and any setting related to max something. There has been no change to the firewall settings and everything worked fine before the upgrade.
I have searched the forum exstensively looking for MAXUSER settings, tcpip settings, user session settings, the error “Remote system no longer responding” and the error “Unable to find path to server”. Any help would be appreciated.
