Hello:

We have a notes client that gets this error, I did a search on this error already and it said to add more memory to the PC, is there also anything else I could try? Are there any lines that could be added to the notes.ini for that PC?

Try to figure out what the client is doing when you get this error. Then one can start thinking about work arounds.
