Using windows xp and Notes 7.0.3 we have one person who uses Notes mail and he continuously gets this error on his machine. Whenever he tries to opens messages. I can open the same messages on my machine but I’m using 8.0 (eclipse) (which has its own problems). He is the only one using Notes mail so cant try it on other machines but now and then the error happens when he goes into other databases. I have looked at what he is doing and there is nothing out of the ordinary going on. Its not happening on the server, just his machine. His machine has 2 gig, dual core processor and plenty of disc space. I read thru all of the online posting about this error and found nothing that resolved this. I tried some of the ini settings and no effect. Any help would be appreciated.

We have the same problem : it happens every time a user tries to open a mail with a lot of screenshots pasted in.When he opens the same message through DWA everything works fine. Fascinating that an ordinary browser can open and display a message with a lot of screenshots while a “rich client” cannot ?
