Server is crashing with this error in the log.nsf can anyone help

Subject: Maximum number of in-memory log entries exceeded; cannot create another until some are flushed to the log database

in the notes ini change the log= parameter.

from:

Log=log/log.nsf, 1, 0, 7, 40000

to:

Log=log/log.nsf, 3, 0, 5, 40000
