Over the weekend I began receiving this error on a server that is essentially dedicated to SMTP and Antivirus. Everything I have ever understood about this was that the issue was eradicated in 4.x… ANyone have ANY IDEA how it might apply to ND6 version 6.0.1CF1?

Get the same on 6.5.2FP1. We have been runnning fine on 6.5.2 , had another issue were mail been returned was crashing the server, which was fixed in 6.5.2FP1. We applied it and since then we have also been getting the error. We even moved the mail to a different server and we still have the same problem.We are running on Linux - Red Hat 3

Same problem here during the weekend.Problem started showing up in the logs during the night when the compact and updall tasks were running. A server restart was needed to get rid of the problem.
