Hi,
I am having problem with one of my branch server. The server can send outgoing mails but can’t receive any incoming messages.
When I tried, this error delivery message arrived.
“Maximum forwarding hop count exceeded 25 – Message probably in a forwarding loop – Check connection, server or domain documents”
When I want to troubleshoot the problem, I faced another problem which is I can’t open the log file database as you are not authorised to do the operation eventhough i log in as admin. The reason is because in the ACL, the admin id is gone!
Can anyone help me in solving this problem.
