I have a form for Notes Client.I have used lots of fields n used lots of DB Column n DB Lookup on those fields.My problem is when i m trying to open that form in Notes client,its shows a error “Maximum Data”. Think more than 64 KB dats why showing error. So how can i handle this situations.
Pls suggest me.Is there any option to increses the size .

Probably one or more of your dbcolumns/dblookup are retuning > 64K data. If this is the problem (and it is), you need to restructure the views used for the dbcolumn/lookup to have fewer entries.
For better performance, if you have lots of dbcolumn/lookups on your form, try and combine as many as you can into a single dbcolumn/lookup and then parse out the returned string of data. Each dbcolumn/lookup take time so the fewer you do, the faster the form will load.

oh yeah. If you can’t figure out which field(s) is/are causing the problem, just start taking fields off the form (*) and see when the problem goes away.
(*) work on a copy of the form…
