I got the following error. On a V6.5 Server a documents rtitem is copied via an agent into the same document. The agent does run without problems until there is a file attachment in the item that has to be copied. When this happens the error message is “Maximum allowable documents exceeded for temp full text index”. Well the database truly is not ftindexed on that server and never has to be. I’m wondering a bit how this can happen as it seems for me that ftindex and copyitem do not have anything to do with each other.Any more knowledge is very welcome.

Done some research an perhaps got a better target.The copy of the original item is a one to one copy. Nothing, especially not the appended file is changed. if i try do do this locally the failure message is: Notes Error: Attachment found on more then one document
