I have a dept who use Lotus Notes To Do’s. Using a centralized mail file, we create a To Do and assign 2 individuals. Once the individuals have marked their To Do as completed from their own mail file, an email is sent by each to the original sender (the centralized mail file) stating that the To Do is completed. Is there a way that the original sender’s (the centralized mail file) To Do gets automatically updated as “Completed” as well instead of me having to go into the centralized mail file and marking it “Completed”? Currently, the original sender (or anyone who has access to the centralized mail file) has to go into centralized To Do and mark it as complete.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
