Mark id inactive(ID vault feature) is not working after user moved from the one organization unit to another

Hi, I configured id vault in my domino server 8.5 and then i created to 2 organizational units called(sales and engineering).I created the users in both the units namely “sankar sankar/Sales/CorpORG” and “sankar1 sankar1/engineering/CorpORG”.Then I moved user the (sankar/sales) to engineering organizational unit.This time the name got changed in the person’s document.Here there is no name change in the ID vault database.Now i removed the user from engineering, it is deleted from names.nsf ,but we are able to see in the id vault database.

Please provide me any inputs on this issue.
