Many @If formula, any way to simplify it?

I have a column which will display text data from many fields, like following:

"Field A value is " + FieldA, currently I used variant as follow:

a:="Field A value is " + FieldA;

b:="Field B value is " + FieldB;

@if(FieldA!=“”;a;@if(FieldB!=“”;b;“”)

Just imagine if I have 20 such fields, so my syntax is quite lengthy, any better suggestion,or other formula that I can use?

Well, if you don’t mind using the actual field names, you could use a combination of @eval and @transform to turn a list of fields into text…not that this is the only way

FList := “FieldA”:“FieldB”:“FieldC”;

@trim(@transform(FList;“X”;@if(@eval(X) != “”;“Field " + X + " value is " + @eval(X);”")))
