Managing rights on the ACL, user can't delete a folder

Hi,

Suppose we have user A who accidentally created a folder on his/her mail file.

You are asked to help deleting this folder because when the user tries to do it him/herself, there’s a message saying he/she doesn’t have the rights to do that.

As an administrator, you have to check the ACL of that specific mail file to see what’s going on.

What if the user has been already set as a Manager?

If the user has Manager access that doesn’t mean that they can delete. You also must tick the box ‘delete documents’.

Thanks a lot for your reply.The Delete Documents option is enable. In fact, every checkbox is checked.
