Managing database ACL in iSeries

Hello. I recently joined a company where the Domino Server (Ver 6.5.5), running on iSeries. My Domino Admin experience is in Windows environment.

How can I manage an ACL of a deleted person’s database in iSeries? A staff member was removed from the address book and now we would like to access it.

I tried but I am not authorized to Manage the ACL in the Domino Admin .

I can normally alter the ACL in Windows by running the local Domino client on the server, but don’t know how to do this in AS400.

If the folder is shared on the iseries, you can map a drive to the server and access it in the same why as a local database

you may need to do a dbcache flush on the server before trying to access it.
