Mailto notes task ID

As part of an eLearning an automatic mail is supposed to be sent to a notes task ID. This ID is: CeBIT Messeschulung/Germany/IBM

My mailto looks like this:

Mail

Now if I click on the Link for the first time, I get this message: “Error processing command line arguments.” Notes opens but no new message is created. After that when I click the link a second time it works fine without a problem.

Trying different options is very hard because after the inital error message all kinds of combinations seem to work.

Subject: why do you have & between Subject and Body

you should have &, like this…mailto:CeBIT Messeschulung/Germany/IBM@IBMDE?subject=CeBIT eLearning&body=Hier k%F6nnen Sie uns ein kurzes Feedback geben, wenn Sie m%F6chten. Wenn nicht, schicken Sie die Mail bitte trotzdem ab. Vielen Dank! Hinweis: Es werden keine Analysen oder Bewertungen der Qualit%E4t Ihrer Teilnahme vorgenommen.

Subject: doesn’t help

Changing the & into a ? doesn’t help. I still get the same error and it still works when I try it the second time.

Subject: no change

It’s very strange but it doesn’t seem to change anything if I use “&” or “?” or “&”. After I once get the error message it always works and opens a new mail…
